Sony deletes mention of PC from annual strategy report in favour of a gushing about AI

In its 2026 annual report to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Sony has removed a previous commitment to deploy first-party titles to multiple platforms like PC. The 2025 version of the report explicitly mentioned continuing efforts to bring titles to PC, but this has been replaced in the 2026 version with statements focusing on utilizing AI to improve studio productivity, personalize the PlayStation Store, and enhance visual fidelity.
