By accessing or using Ravenclip, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Ravenclip helps you create automated news-style short videos and publish them to your connected social channels. We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it on an "as is" basis and may change or improve features over time.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to use Ravenclip to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or harmful.

You must also follow the rules and terms of every social platform you connect. Abuse of the service, or attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, may result in suspension.

You own the content you create with the service, and you are responsible for it, including its accuracy and its right to be published.

You grant us the limited permission needed to process, store, and publish that content to the channels you authorize. You can disconnect a channel at any time to revoke posting access.

If the service lets you upload your own images, video, audio, or other material, you confirm that you own it or hold the rights needed to use and publish it. You are solely responsible for anything you upload, and we are not responsible for it in any way.

Ravenclip builds each video from material it is entitled to use. News is drawn from publicly available sources and rewritten by the service into an original short-form script with its own framing, so we do not republish articles word for word. The imagery, footage, graphics, and audio in a video come from a combination of properly licensed media, content the service generates, factual public data, and publicly available material used in a news and informational context.

We respect copyright, trademark, and other rights, and we build the service to rely on licensed, generated, and lawfully sourced material. We do not knowingly use stolen, pirated, or unlawfully obtained content. The way we source and assemble this material is proprietary and we keep it confidential. If a rights holder believes something has been used in error, email [email protected] and we will review it promptly.

This material is provided on an "as is" basis as part of an automated tool. We do not warrant that any individual asset is cleared for your specific use, audience, or territory, and we are not responsible for how you use the videos you produce. You are responsible for reviewing every video before it is published and for making sure your use of it is lawful where you operate.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy, who acts as the merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your account until it is settled. Prices may change with reasonable notice, and any change applies from your next billing period.

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes partial billing periods, unused time after you cancel, and channels or videos you did not use. We do not provide refunds, credits, or pro-rated amounts when you cancel or downgrade.

The reason is simple: the service generates videos on demand, and we pay real, non-recoverable third-party costs (AI generation, voice, rendering, and delivery) the moment you create them. Once a billing period is paid, those costs are committed on our side, so a paid period cannot be returned. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period. Where a refund is required by applicable consumer law, we honour it to the extent the law requires.

The Ravenclip platform, branding, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer any of our rights to you beyond the right to use the service as intended.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravenclip is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Ravenclip harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or cost, including reasonable legal fees, arising from the content you create, upload, or publish through the service, from your use of the videos you produce, or from your breach of these terms.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for us or others. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make a significant change, we will update the date above and notify you where appropriate. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
