Data Deletion
You are always in control of your data. This page explains how to delete it and what we remove automatically when you disconnect a social account or remove our app. Questions? Email [email protected].
01 Delete a connected social account
Sign in to Ravenclip, open Settings then Connections, and click Disconnect on the account you want removed. This immediately deletes the stored access token and that account's profile details, and revokes our access to publish.
On Instagram you can also remove our app from Settings then Apps and websites. When you do, Meta notifies us and we automatically delete the data tied to that Instagram account.
02 Delete your whole account
To delete your Ravenclip account and all associated data, email [email protected] from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". We permanently remove your account, connected-account tokens, scripts, and generated media, and confirm once it is done.
03 What we delete automatically
When you disconnect a social account or remove our app, we revoke the OAuth token with the provider where the provider supports it (for YouTube we call Google's token revocation endpoint), then delete the token and the cached profile information (handle, avatar, account id) for that account. We do not keep tokens after access is revoked.
