I am a developer. I wanted to follow AI news without reading twenty tabs a day. A short, good video of the stories that mattered to me would have been enough, so I built one for myself.

The first piece was the detection layer: watch the feeds, spot the story worth telling, drop the noise and the duplicates. Then came the script, the voice, the captions and the render. Each stage existed to make one video I would actually watch.

Friends asked for their own topics. Sports, gaming, crypto, markets. Then they asked for it to post on its own, in their language, on their schedule. That is when a personal tool became Ravenclip.

Today it is a newsroom that runs itself. It reads the wire, picks the story, writes, voices, designs and publishes. The rule from day one has not changed: every story starts from a named source, and every fact traces back to it.

I run Ravenclip as an independent, bootstrapped product, and I still watch it every morning.

    A source breaks the story

    Our pipeline monitors established news feeds. Every story starts from a named, linked source report.

    Facts are extracted, not invented

    AI models pull the key claims, figures, quotes, and timeline from the source text. Claims keep their certainty level: reported facts, analysis, and unconfirmed reads stay labelled as such.

    The video and briefing are assembled

    The script, voice, visuals, and this site's written briefing are generated from those grounded facts. The source is cited visibly on every story page.

Ravenclip content is AI-generated. We disclose that on every briefing because we believe automation should be visible, not hidden. The safeguards live in the pipeline itself: grounded extraction, certainty labels, visible citations, and exclusion of thin content.
