Account details you give us when you sign up: your name, email address, and password.

Social account connections you authorize, along with the tokens needed to publish on your behalf.

Content you create or upload, including scripts, generated videos, captions, and channel settings.

Usage and device data, such as pages visited, features used, and basic technical information. This helps us keep the service reliable and improve it.

To run the core service: generating videos, scheduling posts, and publishing to your connected channels.

To process payments and manage your subscription.

To send account and service notifications you need to receive.

To improve performance, build new features, and keep the platform secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never will.

When you connect a TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram account, we request only the permissions required to publish content on your behalf.

We do not read your private messages and do not access personal data beyond what posting requires. You can disconnect an account at any time, which revokes our access.

Ravenclip uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube account you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), and our use of information received from the YouTube APIs follows the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

We request only permission to upload videos to your channel. We store the OAuth token used to publish, plus your Google account name and picture so you can tell connected accounts apart. We do not read your videos, comments, or channel statistics.

Data obtained through YouTube API Services is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve AI or machine-learning models. It is used solely to publish videos you request.

Ravenclip's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke our access at any time by clicking Disconnect in Settings then Connections, or from your Google Account security settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). When you disconnect, we revoke the token with Google and delete it. We do not keep YouTube data longer than needed to provide the service.

We protect your data with layered safeguards, and we take extra care with sensitive data like the OAuth tokens for your connected accounts.

All traffic between your browser, our servers, and the platforms we publish to travels over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS).

We encrypt the Google and social OAuth access and refresh tokens in our database using AES-256. These tokens are the credentials that let us publish on your behalf, so we never store them in plain text.

We sign in to connected platforms through OAuth. We never receive or store your Google, TikTok, or Instagram password.

We take part in Google's Cross-Account Protection program. If Google notifies us that your Google account was compromised or its sessions were revoked, we act on that signal right away: we end your Ravenclip sessions and, where needed, remove the connected Google publishing access, so a problem on your Google account cannot carry over to Ravenclip.

Access to the systems that hold your data is limited to the staff and services that need it. Your tokens are never exposed in the app, in our API responses, or in our logs.

No method of storage or transmission is ever completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. We keep these measures current and review them as the service grows.

We keep your account data on secure servers for as long as your account is active, or as long as we need it to meet legal and accounting obligations.

We keep your OAuth tokens only while an account stays connected. When you disconnect an account or delete your Ravenclip account, we revoke the token with the provider and delete it, along with the related profile data, within 30 days.

Generated videos and intermediate assets are stored temporarily and removed after a period of inactivity. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@ravenclip.com.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. Inside the app, our support chat is provided by tawk.to and sets its own cookies only after you accept its consent prompt. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We share personal data only with the service providers needed to operate Ravenclip, for example Whop for payment processing, tawk.to for support chat and tickets, and the social platforms you choose to publish to.

These providers handle your data under their own terms and only for the purpose of delivering their part of the service. We may also disclose information when required by law.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To make a request, or to ask anything about how your data is handled, email support@ravenclip.com and we will respond promptly.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. When we make a significant change, we will update the date above and notify you by email where appropriate.
