03 Connected social accounts
When you connect a TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram account, we request only the permissions required to publish content on your behalf.
We do not read your private messages and do not access personal data beyond what posting requires. You can disconnect an account at any time, which revokes our access.
04 Data storage & retention
Your data is stored on secure servers with access restricted to systems and staff that need it.
Generated videos and intermediate assets are stored temporarily and may be removed after a period of inactivity. We keep account records for as long as your account is active or as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations.
05 Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
06 Data sharing
We share personal data only with the service providers needed to operate Ravenclip, for example LemonSqueezy for payment processing and the social platforms you choose to publish to.
These providers handle your data under their own terms and only for the purpose of delivering their part of the service. We may also disclose information when required by law.
