Refund Policy
This policy explains when we give a refund and when we do not. The short version: if the product fails and we cannot produce your video, we make it right. If your videos were generated, the work and its costs are already spent, so those charges stand. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].
01 How our pricing works
Ravenclip generates videos on demand. The moment a video is created, we pay real, non-recoverable costs to third parties for AI generation, voice, rendering, and delivery. Those costs are spent the instant the work runs and cannot be recovered.
Paid plans buy capacity for a period, not a fixed number of finished videos. So whether a charge can be refunded depends on whether the product delivered, not on how much of your plan you used.
02 When we refund
We refund when the product fails to deliver. If a video will not generate, renders with an error, or never produces a usable file, and we cannot fix it for you, we refund or credit the affected charge.
The same applies to a clear technical fault on our side, a duplicate or incorrect charge, or being billed for something the service never delivered.
If you hit a problem, email [email protected] promptly with your account email and what went wrong. We review every request individually, and our first step is usually to fix the issue so you get the video you paid for.
03 When we do not refund
We do not refund videos that were generated successfully. Once a video is produced, the service has been delivered and its costs are already spent, so that charge is final.
We also do not refund a change of mind, unused time after you cancel, capacity or videos you did not use, or downgrades. We do not pro-rate the part of a billing period you did not use.
04 Cancelling your plan
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops all future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not refund the current period.
05 Your consumer rights
Where applicable consumer law gives you a right to a refund, we honour it to the extent the law requires, regardless of anything above.
