Original Xbox and Xbox 360 discs are excluded from the service. The report by Windows Insider shows Microsoft is actively testing this tech.
Both the Xbox Helix and the PlayStation 6 remain unannounced. Yet, projects like Positron may be the only way to keep physical libraries alive.
