100% of Valorant co-streamers must follow Riot's strict conduct guidelines, but former pro Artis "Artis" Varanikas just crossed that line. Valorant Esports EMEA confirmed they suspended Artis from co-streaming VCT matches after he used discriminatory and offensive language during a broadcast.
This landmark ruling has triggered immediate consequences, as esports organization Na'Vi also suspended its cooperation with the creator in response to the incident. Na'Vi stated that there is a line that should never be crossed, and discriminatory conduct should never be tolerated.
Arteezy is now banned from running watch parties using the official tournament feed through August 19, 2026. Riot warned that any future violation sets a new bar for penalties, potentially leading to a permanent loss of his VCT co-streaming rights.
