12 military firearms just vanished from an army camp. The National Investigation Agency is now probing the 20 Madras Regiment premises in Secunderabad Cantonment.
Officials launched the sensitive inquiry after locks on the battalion magazine were found broken on August 31. They took 4 AK-203 assault rifles, an INSAS 1B1 rifle, 6 9mm Auto 1A pistols, and a civilian 6.35-bore pistol.
